Shipping policy

We do not offer international shipping. U.S shipping only at this time. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cactusreserve.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

US Shipping Rates & Timelines:

Economy: 5 to 8 business days ($5.00)

Standard: 3 to 4 business days ($7.00)

All Tees and orders $29 or more will ship for free following our Economy rates and timelines only.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify once an order has been placed.
